Role Overview

We are seeking an E-commerce Growth Marketing Manager to own traffic growth and conversion performance for TACLAB’s direct-to-consumer business.

This role is responsible for planning and executing growth initiatives end to end—from traffic acquisition to on-site conversion optimization. You will personally execute, test, and optimize strategies across channels.

This is a hands-on role, not a people-management position.


Key Responsibilities

Growth & Traffic

  • Own qualified traffic growth to taclab-usa.com

  • Lead SEO strategy across product pages, collections, and site structure

  • Build content-driven organic growth aligned with search intent

Paid Media

  • Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads with a focus on conversion

  • Monitor and improve ROAS, CAC, and overall efficiency

  • Translate performance data into actionable optimizations

Conversion Optimization

  • Optimize product pages, landing pages, and funnels

  • Improve CVR and AOV through messaging, structure, reviews, and bundles

  • Continuously test and iterate to improve on-site performance

Analytics & Performance

  • Track performance using Shopify, GA4, and related tools

  • Provide clear performance summaries and insights

  • Identify what works, scale it, and cut what doesn’t


Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on Shopify e-commerce experience

  • Proven experience driving traffic that converts

  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads

  • Solid understanding of CVR, AOV, ROAS, and CAC

  • Comfortable working independently with full ownership of results

  • Experience marketing to U.S. consumers

Strong Plus

  • Experience in tactical, outdoor, EDC, or adjacent categories

  • Familiarity with advertising compliance in regulated industries

  • CRO and funnel optimization experience

  • Startup or high-growth e-commerce background
