本保証は、事故・誤用・乱用・改造・不適切な手入れやメンテナンスによる損傷は対象外です。

法律で認められる範囲において：A. 本保証は、商品性および特定目的適合性の黙示保証を含む（ただしこれに限定されない）他のすべての明示的または黙示的保証に優先します。B. その他の黙示保証および非契約上の責任は明示的に除外されます。C. TACLABは、保証、契約、過失その他の原因に基づくか否かを問わず、間接的損害、懲罰的損害、付随的損害、結果的損害について一切の責任を負いません。また、TACLABの責任は当該製品の購入価格を超えないものとします。

保証期間中は、当社ウェブサイト上のオンラインチャットまたはメールにてカスタマーサービスへご連絡いただければ、アフターサポートをご利用いただけます。有効な購入証明を提示いただければ、TACLABは購入日から90日以内に発生した製造上の欠陥に対しアフターサービスを提供します。不適切な使用またはメンテナンスによる問題については、お客様は製品の修理返送を選択できますが、往復の送料はお客様のご負担となります。返送された製品が保証条件を満たさないとTACLABが判断した場合、購入者はすべての送料および修理費用を負担するものとします。
