At TACLAB, we highly value the trust and partnership of every dealer and customer. Recently, we became aware of unauthorized individuals attempting to contact our partners using private email accounts or personal bank information. To protect our dealers and ensure transaction safety, we are issuing the following official reminder.

🛡️Authorized Communication & Transactions

  • All wholesale communication and order processing are handled only by TACLAB’s corporate representatives.

  • The official wholesale contacts are:

  • All TACLAB payments must be made exclusively to our company’s registered business bank account (corporate account) as shown on official invoices issued by Double Eleven International Inc.

  • TACLAB will never request payment to a personal bank account, or communicate through unofficial emails, messaging apps, or personal phone numbers for wholesale transactions.

⚠️Fraud Awareness

If you receive any message, invoice, or payment instruction from someone claiming to represent TACLAB but using unrecognized contact details or personal banking information, please:

  1. Do not make any payment or share personal/company details.

  2. Contact us immediately via one of the verified emails above to confirm authenticity.

  3. Report any suspicious contact attempts to yundai.li@taclab-usa.com for verification.
