Full Return Policy
International orders are eligible for returns within 30 days of delivery with valid proof of purchase.
Returned items must be:

New, unworn, and unwashed

Free of stains, odors, or damage

In original condition with all tags, packaging, inserts, and accessories included
Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges are not available for international orders. Customers wishing to replace an item may return the eligible item and place a new order.
Returns Process & Refunds
Once you submit a return request, you will receive a Return Authorization email containing instructions for returning your item.
You may choose one of the following return methods:
1. TACLAB Pre-Paid Return Label (where available)
A pre-paid return label will be emailed to you.
Please ship your package within 14 days of receiving your Return Authorization.
The cost of the pre-paid label will be deducted from your refund.
2. Self-Post Return
If you prefer to return the item using your own shipping method:

Include the TACLAB return slip inside the package

Use a trackable and insured international shipping service

Ship the item within 14 days of receiving your Return Authorization
All return shipping fees, duties, customs charges, and taxes associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.
TACLAB is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
If TACLAB is billed for unpaid duties or customs fees, these costs will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is delivered and inspected:

Allow up to 7 business days for processing

Refunds may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

TACLAB evaluates all international returns on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and protect product integrity.
TACLAB reserves the right to:

Reject returns that do not meet condition requirements (new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, complete packaging)

Limit future services in cases of excessive or abnormal return behavior

Request additional information to verify the legitimacy of a return request
We are unable to accept returns under the following circumstances:

Return requests submitted beyond 30 days of delivery

Orders without valid proof of purchase

Unauthorized returns shipped without a Return Authorization

Returns that incur unpaid duties or customs charges (these fees will be deducted or may result in refusal of the shipment)
