Returns & Exchanges
If you’re unsure about sizing or would like a different color once your order arrives, please do not remove the zip tie/tag. Our gloves are secured with a tamper-evident zip tie, and removing it indicates intent to keep the product.
You’re welcome to try the gloves on for sizing and fit only while the zip tie remains fully intact.
Return Eligibility (Strictly Enforced):
- The zip tie/tag must remain attached and unaltered
- Gloves must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Non-Returnable Conditions
- Removal, cutting, or tampering with the zip tie
- Any signs of wear, use, or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect

If your gloves have a manufacturing defect, we will help:
- loose stitching
- production defect
- item arrived damage
Normal Wear
Gloves are designed to protect your hands during use. Over time, wear may occur depending on how the gloves are used
Examples of Normal Wear
- Contact with rough surfaces
- heavy friction during use
- wear from long-term use
These signs of wears are considered normal and are not manufacturing defects.
Size Exchange
Our size chart is designed to fit most customers.
If you need an exchange for a different size, return shipping costs are at the responsibility of the customer.
Tip: Many customers choose to gift the gloves to a friend or resell them locally, which is often fast and more convenient than completing an exchange.

Each pair is sealed for hygiene. Try on one pair first—if the fit isn’t right, return any unopened pairs within 30 days for an exchange. Opened pairs (beyond the first) cannot be returned. Returns are processed within 24 hours of inspection. Items not meeting return criteria will be sent back.
Please do not remove the tags until you are sure the gloves fit. Items without original tag cannot be returned or exchanged.
International Orders
Due to high shipping cost and customs regulations, exchanges are not available for orders shipped outside the United States.
If the size does not work out, many international customers choose to:
- resell the gloves locally
- gift them to a friend or family member
This is often faster and more cost-effective than attempting an international return.
