At TacLab, we're always experimenting with new ideas for our Reaper tactical gloves. This year, we wanted to create something unique for the spring season. That's how the Celtic Green Reaper was born -- a vibrant new color inspired by olive green tones and the heritage behind Saint Patrick's Day.
Why Celtic Green?
Celtic Green was inspired by the classic olive green used by many outdoor professionals and law enforcement units. However, we wanted something slightly brighter and more lively for everyday riding and range use.
The result is a color that stands out without being flashy -- a bold green tone that reflects both heritage and functionality.
Why We Chose a Pre-Order Model
At TacLab, some colorways releases are produced using a pre-order model rather than traditional mass production. This allows us to better understand demand before placing a factory order and helps ensure customers can secure the size they want before production begins.
Because glove manufacturing involves specialized materials and multiple production steps, factories require us to commit to specific quantities ahead of time.
Limited Production Run
The Celtic Green Reaper will be produced in a small production run based on preorder demand. Unlike our core colors, which may be restocked regularly, limited production runs allow us to experiment with new ideas and unique designs while keeping quality and manufacturing manageable.
A Limited Color for This Year
Celtic Green was created as a special seasonal color inspired by Saint Patrick's Day and classic olive-green tones used in outdoor gear.
Because of this, the Celtic Green Reaper is planned as a limited-edition color for this year's production cycle. After this run is completed, we cannot guarantee that the color will return in future releases.
