Please note the following:

1. Hygiene and Quality Assurance: Each pair of our underwear is individually sealed in its own packaging. Once the seal is broken, the underwear cannot be resold, ensuring that every customer receives a brand-new, sanitary product.
2. Fit Recommendation: To ensure the right fit, we recommend trying on one pair before opening others. If you find that you need a different size, you can return the unopened pairs with intact seals for an exchange. This ensures you receive the perfect fit while maintaining the product’s condition.

3. Due to the nature of the product we cannot accept any returns of any subsequent opened packages after the first pair. All returns will be processed 24 hours after product has been received & inspected.
