How it works

  1. Log in to your TACLAB customer account.
  2. Go to Orders.
  3. Find the order you want to manage and click Return & Exchange.
  4. Select the item(s) you want to return or exchange.
  5. Choose your reason and follow the steps to submit your request.
  6. If your request is approved, return instructions and any applicable shipping details will be provided.

Return Guidelines

  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in accordance with our return policy.
  • Return shipping methods may vary depending on the request type and approval result.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
