RETURN POLICY
We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that all our products meet your expectations. However, please note the following conditions for returns and exchanges:
Return and Exchange Process:
Returns:
We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item is damaged or defective upon delivery. Items purchased from our online store at www.taclab-usa.com can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. The items must be in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and unwashed.
Upon receiving the items, we require 1-4 days to process your return. All returned items will be refunded to the original payment method after being inspected and deemed to meet the standards.
Condition of Items:
ITEMS SHOWING OBVIOUS SIGNS OF USE SUCH AS HAVING BEEN WASHED, HAVING BEEN DAMAGED, OR MISSING ORIGINAL TAGS WILL NOT QUALIFY FOR AN EXCHANGE.
Refusal of Return:
If the returned items do not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange. In this case, the items will be returned to the buyer, and any costs incurred will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Exchanges:
Your exchange will be shipped out once we receive the returned items and inspect them to meet the standards. The latest shipping information will be sent to the email you provided at the time of purchase, so please check your inbox.
Purchasing our products signifies your agreement to these terms. We recommend carefully reading our return and exchange policy before initiating a return or exchange.

Products Marked Final Sale Cannot be Returned.
TACLAB cannot currently create return labels for APO/FPO addresses, as they require customs information for shipping.
International returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
