About the Role

TACLAB is always interested in connecting with creative and experienced product designers who can help us develop innovative, functional, and market-driven products.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in apparel, outdoor gear, gloves, and performance accessories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new products based on market trends and customer needs.

  • Improve existing products in functionality, materials, comfort, and appearance.

  • Research competing products and identify new market opportunities.

  • Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers on product development, sampling, and improvements.

  • Help develop products with strong commercial potential and competitive advantages.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in product design, industrial design, or product development.

  • Proven experience designing and developing physical consumer products that have successfully reached the market.

  • Previous experience with gloves, outdoor gear, sporting goods, or functional accessories is strongly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of materials, functional fabrics, insulation, waterproofing, ergonomics, and manufacturing processes.

  • Experience creating product specifications, technical drawings, and production-ready documentation.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with manufacturers and manage product development timelines.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently manage product development projects.

About the Role

TACLAB is seeking opportunities to connect with experienced sales and business development professionals who can help expand our brand into new sales channels across the United States and international markets.

We are particularly interested in candidates with established industry relationships and proven experience opening new distribution channels for physical consumer products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new wholesale, retail, distributor, and B2B sales opportunities.

  • Build relationships with retailers, distributors, and strategic partners.

  • Explore new domestic and international markets.

  • Negotiate commercial partnerships and develop long-term customer relationships.

  • Create strategies to increase sales revenue through new channels.

  • Identify opportunities for TACLAB products in outdoor, sporting goods, hunting, fishing, and related markets.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in sales, wholesale development, retail channel expansion, distribution, or related business development roles.

  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers, opening new sales channels, and generating additional revenue.

  • Proven ability to independently develop business opportunities and close sales.

  • Experience selling physical consumer products rather than exclusively software or service-based solutions.

  • Strong negotiation, business communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to establish sales strategies and execute them independently.

  • Experience managing commercial accounts and maintaining long-term business relationships.

  • Strong understanding of wholesale pricing, distribution structures, and sales margins.
