- item arrived damage
Normal Wear
Gloves are designed to protect your hands during use. Over time, wear may occur depending on how the gloves are used
Examples of Normal Wear
- Contact with rough surfaces
- heavy friction during use
- wear from long-term use
These signs of wears are considered normal and are not manufacturing defects.
Size Exchange
Our size chart is designed to fit most customers.
If you need an exchange for a different size, return shipping costs are at the responsibility of the customer.
Tip: Many customers choose to gift the gloves to a friend or resell them locally, which is often fast and more convenient than completing an exchange.

Each pair is sealed for hygiene. Try on one pair first—if the fit isn’t right, return any unopened pairs within 30 days for an exchange. Opened pairs (beyond the first) cannot be returned. Returns are processed within 24 hours of inspection. Items not meeting return criteria will be sent back.
Please do not remove the tags until you are sure the gloves fit. Items without original tag cannot be returned or exchanged.
International Orders
Due to high shipping cost and customs regulations, exchanges are not available for orders shipped outside the United States.
If the size does not work out, many international customers choose to:
- resell the gloves locally
- gift them to a friend or family member
This is often faster and more cost-effective than attempting an international return.

Our Returns Policy
Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased from www.taclab-usa.com
may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible, items must be:
Unused and unwashed; In original condition; With original tags attached
Once we receive your return, please allow 1–4 business days for inspection and processing. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
For orders with 3 or more items, we may provide a prepaid shipping label for exchanges.
For orders with fewer than 3 items, customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs.
Exchanges will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected. Updated tracking information will be sent to the email used at checkout.
Condition of Returned Item
Items that show signs of use will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Products marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refused Returns
If returned items do not meet the conditions above, the return may be refused. The item will be sent back to the customer, and any additional shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
