We have the following shipping options available in the U.S.

• Standard - Delivery in 5 to 7 Business Days 
• Priority - Order By 4:00 p.m. PST. Processing begins that same day. Delivery in 2-3/ Business Days via UPS/USPS
• Express Delivery in 1-3 business days via UPS/USPS
• If shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, you must select Economy. Please note transit times will vary.

1. FREE SHIPPING ON U.S. ORDERS OVER $50

At Tech Lab, we strive to provide a convenient and affordable shopping experience for all our customers.

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States, including all 50 states and U.S. territories, subject to carrier service availability.

This includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands.

No promo code required! Free shipping will be automatically applied to eligible orders at checkout.

Please note that certain remote or hard-to-reach locations may be excluded due to carrier service limitations.

Shipping carriers and delivery methods are selected based on the destination, package specifications, service availability, and other shipping requirements.

Free Shipping Carrier Selection

For orders qualifying for free shipping, Tech Lab reserves the right to select the shipping carrier and delivery service at its sole discretion.

Customers cannot choose or request a specific shipping carrier for free shipping orders. Our customer service team is also unable to accommodate requests to select, change, or switch shipping carriers.

The carrier assigned to your shipment may vary from order to order.

3. SHIPPING TIMES & ORDER TRACKING

We make every effort to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible.

Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, selected service, and other factors.

Please note that deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and remote locations may require additional transit time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and available tracking information.

You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become available after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

4. DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

While we strive to provide shipping services throughout the United States and its territories, certain remote, isolated, or hard-to-reach locations may not be eligible for delivery due to carrier restrictions or limited transportation services.

Free shipping is subject to carrier service availability.

Tech Lab reserves the right to exclude destinations that cannot be serviced by our available shipping providers.

If we are unable to deliver to your address, our customer service team will contact you to discuss available shipping options or arrange a full refund if delivery cannot be completed.

5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to supported destinations outside the United States.

International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package specifications, and available shipping services.

International delivery times may vary depending on customs processing, local delivery conditions, and carrier availability.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Standard Shipping: Free standard shipping is available for eligible U.S. orders over $50, subject to delivery availability and the restrictions outlined above.

Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options, when available, may incur additional charges.

Carrier Selection: Tech Lab retains the right to select the most appropriate shipping carrier and service for all free shipping orders.

Delivery Delays: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier operations, customs procedures, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
