These TACLAB Pro Program Terms (“Pro Terms”) govern participation in the TACLAB Pro Program (“Program”) offered by TACLAB (“TACLAB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By submitting an application or participating in the Program, you agree to these Pro Terms, TACLAB’s general Terms of Service, and TACLAB’s Privacy Policy.

1. Program Eligibility

The Program is available to qualifying:

• Active law-enforcement professionals
• Active-duty military, Reserve, and National Guard members
• Firearms and tactical instructors
• Tactical content creators
• Outdoor content creators
• Relevant outdoor professionals

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and must maintain an active TACLAB customer account.

TACLAB determines eligibility at its discretion. Meeting a stated qualification or audience requirement does not guarantee approval.

2. Creator Requirements

Content creators must meet at least one of the following requirements:

• 10,000 YouTube subscribers, Instagram or Tiktok followers
• Active firearms instructor

Creator accounts must be public, active, and contain consistent original content relevant to the tactical or outdoor space.

TACLAB may also evaluate content relevance, quality, originality, engagement, influence, account authenticity, and brand fit.

3. Application Information

Applicants must provide complete, current, and accurate information. TACLAB may request supporting documentation or additional information to verify eligibility.

Submitted documents must be genuine, current, and connected to the person submitting the application.

Providing false, misleading, altered, expired, or incomplete information may result in rejection, suspension, or permanent removal from the Program.

4. Verification

TACLAB may verify eligibility through:

• Professional email confirmation
• Publicly available professional information
• Public creator accounts
• Third-party verification services
• Employer or organization confirmation
• Supporting documents submitted by the applicant
• Manual review by TACLAB

If automatic verification is unavailable or unsuccessful, TACLAB may conduct a manual review or request additional information.

Applicants should redact identification numbers, badge numbers, home addresses, salary information, Social Security numbers, and other unrelated sensitive information before uploading documents.

5. Program Benefit

Approved members receive 25% off eligible full-price TACLAB products during their active membership period.

The discount:

• Applies only to eligible full-price products
• Does not apply to sale or clearance products
• Does not apply to gift cards
• Does not reduce shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, or other fees
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit
• Cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases
• Cannot be combined with another product or order discount unless TACLAB expressly permits it

TACLAB may exclude specific products, collections, releases, or purchasing channels from the Program.

6. Account Use

Membership is individual, non-transferable, and connected to the approved member’s TACLAB account.

Members may not:

• Share their account or discount
• Allow another person to place an order through their account
• Publish or distribute methods of accessing Pro pricing
• Create multiple accounts to avoid Program restrictions
• Transfer membership to another person

The approved member is responsible for activity conducted through their account.

7. Personal Use and Resale

The Program is intended for the approved member’s personal and professional use.

Products purchased through the Program may not be purchased for resale, redistribution, or other unauthorized commercial purposes. Members may not use their discount to purchase products for coworkers, students, friends, relatives, organizations, or other third parties without TACLAB’s written permission.

TACLAB may review, limit, cancel, or investigate orders that appear inconsistent with reasonable individual use.

8. Orders, Returns, and Refunds

All orders remain subject to product availability and TACLAB’s standard ordering, shipping, return, and exchange policies.

Refunds will be based on the amount actually paid after the Pro Program discount. The value of a discount will not be refunded or converted into cash or credit.

TACLAB may cancel an order if it reasonably suspects fraud, resale, account sharing, or misuse of the Program.

9. Membership Period and Renewal

Membership remains active for three years from the approval date unless suspended or revoked earlier.

Members must renew and reverify their eligibility annually. Renewal is not automatic and is not guaranteed.

If a member does not complete re-verification before the expiration date, access to Pro Program pricing will end.

10. Changes in Eligibility

Members must notify TACLAB if they no longer qualify under the category through which they were approved.

TACLAB may request updated verification at any time. Failure to provide requested information may result in suspension or expiration of membership.

11. Suspension and Revocation

TACLAB may reject, suspend, revoke, or decline to renew membership for reasons including:

• False, misleading, or fraudulent application information
• Discount or account sharing
• Purchasing products for resale
• Excessive or suspicious purchasing activity
• Manipulated creator metrics or engagement
• Loss of professional or creator eligibility
• Abuse of TACLAB employees, systems, policies, or customers
• Conduct that creates a serious legal, safety, reputational, or brand risk
• Violation of these Pro Terms or TACLAB’s general Terms of Service

TACLAB may cancel pending discounted orders connected to suspected Program abuse.

12. No Employment, Endorsement, or Partnership

Participation in the Program does not create an employment, agency, sponsorship, endorsement, ambassador, representative, or partnership relationship between TACLAB and the member.

Members may not claim or imply that TACLAB officially sponsors, employs, certifies, or endorses them without separate written authorization.

13. Program Changes or Termination

TACLAB may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program, its discount, eligibility requirements, product exclusions, or these Pro Terms at any time, subject to applicable law.

Continued use of the Program after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those updated terms. If a member does not agree to an update, the member must stop using the Program.

14. Privacy

Information collected through the Program is handled according to TACLAB’s Privacy Policy and the Pro Program privacy notice provided during the application process.

TACLAB may use application information to verify eligibility, administer membership, prevent fraud, provide account benefits, and comply with legal obligations.

15. Relationship to Other TACLAB Terms

These Pro Terms supplement TACLAB’s general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, shipping policies, and return policies.

If these Pro Terms conflict with TACLAB’s general Terms of Service regarding participation in the Program, these Pro Terms control. TACLAB’s general Terms of Service continue to govern all other website and purchasing activity.

When you apply to the TACLAB Pro Program, TACLAB collects the information entered in this application, your professional or creator information, submitted links, verification results, and any supporting documents you upload.

We use this information to verify eligibility, review your application, administer your membership and discount, communicate with you, prevent fraud and Program abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We may provide relevant information to service providers that help us host the application, verify eligibility, manage customer accounts, store documents, or operate the Program.

TACLAB does not sell Pro Program application documents or use them for targeted advertising.

Please remove identification numbers, badge numbers, home addresses, salary information, Social Security numbers, and other unrelated sensitive information before uploading documents.

Verification documents are retained only for the period reasonably necessary to review the application, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal requirements.
