Attention: High Temperatures
During the hot summer months, extremely high temperatures can affect our products. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and high temperatures may cause the silicone printing on REAPER gloves to peel off. Similarly, resin sunglasses left on a car's dashboard for an extended period may also be at risk of damage. To preserve the lifespan and performance of your products, we recommend storing gloves and other items in a cool environment, avoiding direct exposure to high temperatures.

Usage and Care Tips:
REAPER gloves are designed for shooting and prioritize feel and flexibility. While the silicone anti-slip strips on the palm enhance durability, wear resistance is not the primary focus of the design. To extend the lifespan of your gloves:

1. Avoid using REAPER gloves for heavy-duty tasks, such as handling or processing metal or glass.
2. Keep fingernails trimmed to prevent accelerated wear on the microfiber fingertips.
3. Microfiber, like skin, softens in damp or sweaty conditions, reducing its wear resistance. We recommend keeping the gloves dry and rotating between multiple pairs for prolonged use.

RETURN POLICY

We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that all our products meet your expectations. However, please note the following conditions for returns and exchanges:

Return and Exchange Process:

Returns: We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item is damaged or defective upon delivery. Items purchased from our online store at www.taclab-usa.com can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. The items must be in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and unwashed. Upon receiving the items, we require 1-4 days to process your return. All returned items will be refunded to the original payment method after being inspected and deemed to meet the standards.

Exchanges: For orders over 3 items, we can provide you with a prepaid shipping label for an exchange. For orders under 3 items, we do not provide shipping labels for exchanges. Your exchange will be shipped out once we receive the returned items and inspect them to meet the standards. The latest shipping information will be sent to the email you provided at the time of purchase, so please check your inbox. Purchasing our products signifies your agreement to these terms. We recommend carefully reading our return and exchange policy before initiating a return or exchange.

Condition of Items:

ITEMS SHOWING OBVIOUS SIGNS OF USE, SUCH AS HAVING BEEN WASHED, HAVING BEEN DAMAGED, OR MISSING ORIGINAL TAGS, WILL NOT QUALIFY FOR AN EXCHANGE. 

Refusal of Return:

If the returned items do not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange. In this case, the items will be returned to the buyer, and any costs incurred will be the responsibility of the buyer.

TACLAB's customer service department is always ready to assist you with any after-sales or product-related inquiries.

Products marked Final Sale CANNOT be returned.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

TACLAB cannot currently create return labels for APO/FPO addresses, as they require customs information for shipping.

International returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

• Most orders Placed Before 4 PM PT on Weekdays (excluding federal holidays and weekends) will be Shipped The Same Day. 
• PRE-ORDERED items will be sent out according to the Estimated Shipping Time.
• International customers can also purchase our products on Etsy and AliExpress, where taxes are automatically calculated and collected by the platforms.

90-Day Limited Warranty

At TACLAB, we are committed to providing high-quality products, and every pair of gloves undergoes rigorous quality control during the manufacturing process. We understand that our products may be used in various environments, which is why we offer a warranty for defects in materials and workmanship within 90 days from the date of purchase.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGES CAUSED BY ACCIDENTS, MISUSE, ABUSE, MODIFICATIONS, OR IMPROPER CARE AND MAINTENANCE.

To the extent permitted by law: A. This warranty replaces all other express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. B. Any other implied warranties and any non-contractual liabilities are expressly excluded. C. TACLAB is not liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, whether these damages arise from warranty, contract, negligence, or other causes. Moreover, TACLAB's liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

During the warranty period, customers can seek after-sales support by contacting our customer service through the online chat on our website or by email. With valid proof of purchase, TACLAB will provide after-sales service for any manufacturing defects within 90 days from the date of purchase. For issues caused by improper use or maintenance, customers may choose to return the product for repair, but they must bear the shipping costs for both directions. If TACLAB determines that the returned product does not meet the warranty terms, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping and repair costs.

Note: If the product has been altered in any way, or if damage is caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, improper care, or maintenance, any warranty claims will be void.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Full Return Policy

International orders are eligible for returns within 30 days of delivery with valid proof of purchase.

Returned items must be:

• New, unworn, and unwashed

• Free of stains, odors, or damage

• In original condition with all tags, packaging, inserts, and accessories included

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges are not available for international orders. Customers wishing to replace an item may return the eligible item and place a new order.

Returns Process & Refunds

Once you submit a return request, you will receive a Return Authorization email containing instructions for returning your item.

You may choose one of the following return methods:

1. TACLAB Pre-Paid Return Label (where available)

A pre-paid return label will be emailed to you.
Please ship your package within 14 days of receiving your Return Authorization.
The cost of the pre-paid label will be deducted from your refund.

2. Self-Post Return

If you prefer to return the item using your own shipping method:

• Include the TACLAB return slip inside the package

• Use a trackable and insured international shipping service

• Ship the item within 14 days of receiving your Return Authorization

All return shipping fees, duties, customs charges, and taxes associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.
TACLAB is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
If TACLAB is billed for unpaid duties or customs fees, these costs will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is delivered and inspected:

• Allow up to 7 business days for processing

• Refunds may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Terms & Conditions

TACLAB evaluates all international returns on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and protect product integrity.

TACLAB reserves the right to:

• Reject returns that do not meet condition requirements (new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, complete packaging)

• Limit future services in cases of excessive or abnormal return behavior

• Request additional information to verify the legitimacy of a return request

We are unable to accept returns under the following circumstances:

• Return requests submitted beyond 30 days of delivery

• Orders without valid proof of purchase

• Unauthorized returns shipped without a Return Authorization

• Returns that incur unpaid duties or customs charges (these fees will be deducted or may result in refusal of the shipment)

Please ensure that your return follows all instructions provided in your Return Authorization email to avoid delays or rejection.
